Can I just rave about how awesome @photojojo ‘s customer service is for a few minutes?
A few weeks ago you might remember I posted that my favorite bracelet (my 50mm lens bracelet) broke, and then a week or so later my second one (the 24-70mm lens bracelet) broke, too. I was really sad, and like most social media users, I posted the photos of the broken bracelets. Why? It’s just become how I document my life. I loved my bracelets! Since I got them, they have hardly come off my wrists it was really sad when they broke.
What I was totally not expecting? I wasn’t expecting the founder of Photojojo to reach out to me and ask that I email them so they could help me out. Not thinking anything would really come from it, I sent them an email. To my amazement, they emailed me back offering to replace my broken bracelets! Woah!
So yesterday an exciting package came in my mailbox, a replacement set for my lens bracelets. However, and this is what totally blew me away, not only did they replace my two original bracelets… they sent me one of the Canon Pro series bracelets, too!! I’m just totally blown away. And to put the cherry on top so to speak? The package also had an adorable little dinosaur in it, too!!
So, you all should go check out Photojojo if you’ve not already. and even if you have. I love them so much. And I’m just blown away with their costumer service team! You guys rock!! Thanks again, photojojo!!!

Make Your Employees Look Like Superheroes
Merchandise marketing is a powerful medium, often used poorly by several marketers. We need to learn how to effectively use Merchandise for marketing and convert their employees into brand advocates.
Refer to how any Sport Team dresses up their team members, you’d be surprised to see how players are showcased as superheroes.
See uniforms of Male and Female Teams from USA that participated in Olympics this year:
Merchandise that makes your employees look good, makes him/ her feel good and wear it often and flaunt it too.
Be Worthy of a Reference
Marketers around the world offer incentives to customers who refer them to their friends, family, colleagues, etc to win referral business, treating it as a lead/ sales generation activity.
What they fail to understand is that Referral Marketing is not just a lead/ sales generation activity but an exercise to learn if they are worthy of a reference or not.
Only incentives to customers is not a the best way to promote yourself. You need to give confidence to the customer that when they refer you to their friends, you will not let them down.
Offer better services, negotiated price and more value to people who come to you via customer referral. Such offers gives your customers confidence to refer you to others.
